Rich's Story
I currently work for Valve Corp. in Bellevue, WA.
Previously, I was a graphics programmer for Microsoft Ensemble Studios in Dallas, TX. I have code in Age of Empires 1, AoE 2, and 3, Halo 3, ODST, and Forza 2. After AoE3 shipped, I was the lead graphics/core engine programmer on Halo Wars.

I worked on Sega's World Series Baseball Xbox/PS2 for a few years. The technology behind these games was fun to work on, but I hate baseball so I had to try something else.
My big break into the console game business was Shrek Xbox. I wrote most of this launch title's graphics engine from scratch while working in London, Ontario.
