Rich's Story
Life
I am a retired US Air Force Senior Enlisted Manager. I achieved the rank of Chief Master Sergeant, the highest enlisted grade. I was in the USAF for 26+ years. I have been married for 31+ fabulous years to the former Kathy Frame (class of '77) and we have a 17-year old daughter.

As an FAA Certified Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic I worked for four years (2002-2006) at Wisconsin Aviation in Madison, Wisconsin. I worked on all varieties and types of aircraft from the single engine Cessna 152 to the Airbus A-320. I amassed a total of 30 years of aviation maintenance experience.
As of November 2006, I am currently employed as the Marquette County Veterans Service Officer in the Marquette County Service Center in Montello, Wisconsin. I assist our military veterans in obtaining their statutory benefits; to include disability compensation, healthcare, education grants, financial assistance, pensions, veterans home residence, death benefits and grave markers/funeral reimbursements.
