Life Since graduation and after 4 years in the Marine Corps with a tour of duty in Vietnam in 66-67 I have been in funeral service for the past 35 years. We will celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary this year and have 4 children, 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Intend on retiring in 2 1/2 years and looking forward to moving south and avoid the winters. Update 10/10/07, retired in June, house on market, moving to FL, now have 3 great grandkids. After 38 years in funeral service it's great to now do what I want, when I want. Long time coming but well worth it!! Update 8/29/08, after nearly a year in FL I'm loving retirement. We live in a gorgeous community on the West Coast of FL just southwest of Ocala. We are raising our 8 year old great granddson who recently started 3rd grade. Not exactly what I had in mind when I retired but happy to be able to do it. Enjoying golf, fishing on the gulf, riding the Harley, maintaining the estate and cruising in my car collection.
