Richard's Story
Moved from Joggins to St.Catharines,Ont. then to Georgetown and managed a Bata Shoe Store there.then I went to Rexdale,Ont. where I worked in the largest Smoke and Gift store in Toronto area,here I did the window displays and worked with the customers and the boss and his family.this was the area when I meet my wife Sylvia and married in 1968. We had 3children Mike,Mark and Heidi.I got divorced after 24...Expand for more
years.Meanwhile I worked at five different trucking companies.i was in customer service ,dispatching and warehousing dept.When I retired I went toSt.Catharines again to look after my uncle who was in his 80s,but now I moved back to Amherst,N.S. I have 2grand daughters and 2 grand sons,Drielle(12),Zelene (6),Tyler(8) and Lucas(3). The girls live in B.C. And the boys are in Ontario.Happy to be back home.
