Richard's Story
Life
After working misc jobs in Bellingham till 1981, I moved to the Federal Way, Wa. area and started working in construction of apartment projects as a labor. In 1982 I became a construction superintendent. Since 1982 to present, I have worked up to become a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Director of Construction, and a owner of a small corp.(Craiger Developement,Inc. aka CDI).
I'm currently on my 39th project which is a 344 unit apartment project located in Everett, WA.,(approx value $35mil) as a Project Manager and my 40th project which is a 920 unit apartment/condo project in Renton, WA., (approx value $120m) as a Project Manager.

te college back on the east coast, heading for law school(my little bandit, plays piano), female 18 senior year High School(my little pumkin,plays Harp), male (my little buddy)16 (plays baseball, guitar, and drums), and female 12 (my little sweetheart)(plays piano and guitar). My wife home schooled our children up to high school. It works well.
I still like trick cars or bikes, currently I own a new custom harley and once in a while I get to ride it. My son and I are building a pro street pickup that my dad purchased new in 1971.
I think I started a little rough, with no direction, but I did get on the right track to be a fair and square stand up guy.
