Made 2 3 month war patrols then transferred to Norfolk VA where served as Senior Medical Officer USS LY SPEAR (AS36), Submarine Squadron 6 Medical Officer and COMSUBLANT Medical Officer. Discharged at rank LCDR 12/73.
