Richard resides in Sebastian, Florida. Richard's schools include Erasmus Hall High School, Farmingdale High School, Walt Whitman Junior High School, Adrian Hegeman Public School 92, Richard later attended and graduated from University of Southern Mississippi. in 1963. Richard's career in the Marine (sailing) industry began in 1966 and ended with his retirement in 2003.
