Richard's Story
born in east harlem 119th between 1st & 2nd raised 117th & pleasant ave. Member of the Arrows. Competed in the Boys Club Of N.Y.C. until 1959 when graduted from Franklin on 116th st & pleasant. Joined the Air Force January 1960. Served 6 Years Honorably.Got married '62.Entered the Postal service 1965.Quit in 1970 to run my resturant full time. Retired in 1976. moved to Cobleskill N.Y. in '76. purchased a pizza resturant in '78. Was recruted int...Expand for more
o the U.S.Army reserves in 1983. After the three children graduated college and the fourth joined the Air Force, We sold the resturant in '86. Again to retire and maintain the aprtments (7)aquired during that time.
Got hired part time in the Postal service. Went full time in 1990. Retired from the Military in 2002. Retired postal service in 2003.
Now looking forward and hoping to travel. Have no real clue as to where to start. Most likly Italy.
