Richard's Story
I work for Manhatten Management Company, since February of 1984. I worked in the maintenance field for the first 20 years, thirteen of them I was the marketing supervisor. I was in charge of over 20 employees and 6 general contractors.For 4 years this July 4th I am currently the Inspections Manager. I just completed IREM real estate management classes. I am a proud grandpop of a 6 mos. old boy.I have 2 cats a ferret, rabbit and our furry child April ( our 5 yr. old german shepard.)I enjoy good times with my close friends. Staying active enjoying life. All the hard times in my life were worth it because I have learned alot from my mistakes, as we all have.
