Richard's Story
Finally decided to sign up. (Be aware that I am a computer luddite)
Attended South Side 46-48. Then to Mt Hermon School, Mt Hermon, Mass.48-50. Yale 50-54 on the Holloway Plan. Went on active duty as 2nd Lt. USMC on Graduation Day. Basic School at Quantico, Flight School at Pensacola and Kingsville and flew C-119s with VMR-153 at Cherry Point 56-59. Then to Law School at University Of Virginia. the construction and health care industries until October of 1999.
( Flew in the Marine Reserves until 1966, and after years of sporadic private flying, joined The Confederate Air Force in 1991 when it opened a Wing in Cleveland. and flew with them there and in Brownsville Texas) After retirement, moved to South Padre Island Texas and flew World War II aircraft there and in Cleveland until 2010, when I reached my preset cutoff date. Moved back to Cleveland area and replaced flying with biking and fly fishing.
