Richard's Story
Life
Wow, where do I start? How has life treated me and what have I learned over these last 15 years? Well first and foremost, love hurts. Even when you think its the right person, it can still be bitter and very painful. During this time I have ended a 12-year marriage and just recently, my engagement ended as if hitting a brick wall going 80 miles hour. The highlight of my marriage was my three beautiful daughters. Their ages are 10, 8 & 5. They are my crowning achievement and the most rewarding and memorable moments in my marriage. I have custody of these 3 beautiful little ladies, which means I can honestly say that I Âwon one for the few of us good men left. Amazing, huh! My fourth daughter graced this world on December 27,2006. Weighing in at 7 lbs. 10 oz. & 19 1/2"long. I have joint custody with mom & we rotate every 3 days with her. ItÂs so hard when she is gone and I look so forward to our next 3 days together. So, that makes me a very proud, single father, of four beautiful daughters! And with their love and support in my life I will have all that is needed to conquer any obstacle that life could throw my way.
ThatÂs pretty much the 411 on current events, for now. If you have kids then you basically know where & how the rest of my time has been spent.

College
I attended Oklahoma City Community College for about 2 1/2 years after graduation. I'm currently not enrolled in any school at present time.
Workplace
I work at an awesome job with one hell of a great boss thatÂs in the exact same situation as me. Like most of you out there IÂve yet to hit the power ball, however, the money is more than fair but more importantly the hours are flexible, which gives me quality time with my girlz that is so fundamental for the growth of my family. I've worked for Eckerd Drugs and eventually CVS Pharmacy for 6 years combinded. 3 years at Target on south May Ave. 2 1/2 years at United Parcel Service. I was also a stay at home dad during the last four years of my marrage which I found was one of the most rewarding opportunities to have been a part of and to have been able to experience. It was duing this time that I bonded with my daughters in ways I never thought possable. I was raising my youngest daughter at the time. She was 8 months old and that's when I realized all of the things that I had missed out on with my two oldest daughters, due to me having to work, during their childhood. No mother or father should have to experience this blur and loss of early childhood memories and first times but unfortunately, the cruel reality of life dictates one and/or both parents to do just that.
