Rick's Story

Life Attended ASU. Worked in parent's business (Hobby Bench). Moved to Champaign, Illinois in 1986 to work for Hobbico, world's largest maker of radio controlled models, and other hobby and toy products. Bought a large, old farmhouse in the country in 1987, currently restoring it. Married in 1988 to Sandra Reed...Expand for more
er. Three children: Lauren born 1990, Hannah born 1993, Andrew born 1998. I'm Vice President in charge of the Product Division for Hobbico. I travel overseas (to Japan, Taiwan, China, Germany, Italy, etc.) 5-6 times a year to visit suppliers. My hobbies are home improvement, gardening, Macintosh computers.
