Rick's Story
Life
I had fun at the WTHS 40th reunion. I have a Bachelor's degree in PE from Point Loma College in San Diego and a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Seattle Pacific University. I received an honorable discharge from the Marine Corps before attending Point Loma College. I had a secret clearance and processed classified information at Camp Pendleton.
After college I worked a variety of jobs before becoming a teacher. After high school I told myself I was never going back to school. I think God has a sense of humor because throughout most of my many jobs I've also taken various classes both...Expand for more
formal and informal. School is an ongoing theme with me as I attend school everyday as a middle school special education teacher at Lummi Nation Tribal School.
I've faithfully been married since 1984 to my stunningly beautiful college sweetheart. We have 8 wonderful children and 10 grandchildren - so far. We live in Lynden, WA near the Canadian border.
