I still live in the S.J. valley but I have property in different parts of the U.S.
I have flipped houses, before it was called flipping, at different times of my life while doing other jobs like being a banker for 23 years.

I have always liked traveling across our beautiful country and especially to Hawaii, one of the best places for snorkeling....i'm still wanting to go to Australia but I lost a best friend & travel buddy to cancer when he was only 27.
I have more I can talk about but I would rather wait until I hear from old friends so we can get caught up together.
