Rick's Story

I graduated from Western Ill Univ. Married Mary Kay Keppner (Notre Dame High School class of 1979)in 1980. In 1985 we moved to DeKalb Illinois which is 60 miles due west of Chicago. We have 4 children: Matt who lives in DeKalb with his wife Shannon and their five children--Kassidy 12, Vanessa 8, and Ben 5, Luke 2 and Caroline 1; Amy who lives outside of London with her husband Jon and Gus 3, and Lucia 1; Becky who graduated from the University of Dallas; and Kelly who just graduated from Creighton University.

ars in grocery store management, I now work at 3M Distribution Center in DeKalb.
I have spent a lot of my time down through the years chasing my children and now grandchildren around in their various activities. I still play basketball twice a week and get out golfing occasionally, although not nearly as much as I would like.
We have managed to travel some including Orlando, Fresno, Salt Lake City, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Dallas, Las Vegas, Niagra Falls, Grand Canyon, Cancun, Atlantic City, Puerto Vallarta, Boston, Scotland, and London.
