Start typing your story here. I was an AF Brat when I arrived in San Antonio. It was the first time I went to the same school for two years runningl I moved from Germany and lived at Randolph Air Force Base for the first year, then moved into town on the second year. I was in drum and bugle for all of one semester...I loved my teachers, especially my English teacher who taught me about Shakespeare! It was the beginning of a career for me. orld's largest wrting organization: Romance Writer's Of America and they were kind enough to name the award for best writing after me: The Rita Award. I have four children, 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. I divorced a texas boy after 30 years of marrage and then traveled all over the USA and Canada as an Independent Catastrophe Insurance Adjuster and I love life. It's amazing that we still don't know what's around the corner and what new thing can make us smile! But I'll never forget Northeast High School! It gave me roots to a city and state I love!
