Renee and I brewed our first original recipe on Sunday. This is the first version of Mill Run Mole at work in the carboy. In approximately eight weeks the testing, tasting and tweaking will begin.
Gotta love the sick, twisted freak minds (yeah, like mine). This was the second in the series. See Dick Burn and See Spot In Heat were one and three respectively. Chile heads unite!

Dear Mother Nature,

Thank you for the early spring; for the lovely, sunny blues skies and warming temperatures. Thank you for the flowers that are blooming three weeks ahead of schedule that brighten my spirits. Thank yo
Mother nature has created a climate control rig. Tote sitting on the still cold-from-the-winter cement floor in the warehouse. Brandon gave me the ice tip, but I didn't want to have to buy ice and get rid of the excess wa
R&R Brewing Update: The Keitlinghausen Oktoberfest has completed its 3 day diacetyl rest and has been transferred from the 7 gallon primary to the 5 gallon secondary. It is now chillin' (literally) in the fridge for a two

Frank, Rich, Neil, Dale: Gettin' old school with it...
Here's a brilliant idea for you Thursday evening: Come out to the Beach Club at 8 p.m. and throw some big ass tips our way as we help raise money for the United Way of Western Crawford County!
I had not seen him in a few weeks, but this morning when I pulled into the parking lot at the shop - there he was. In homage to the Lord Of The Rings, "Lewis Lives!" (with Renee)

I don't think I can squeeze any more into the grain bag. That's 4.5 lbs. of American two row pale mal
