 Allocate $1.8 billion in private activity bonds for the 2005 program year and administer the program daily to six different categories of issuers, with a primary focus on housing and student loans
 Author and submit proposed changes to the Bond Review Board Rules on Private Activity Bonds reflecting current statutory language as well as in response to issues not previously addressed
 Update and maintain PAB program database and spreadsheet and post current information regarding the program and allocation status on the BRB web-site weekly
 Respond to requests for information from board alternates and legislators, suggest solutions and disseminate pertinent information in a timely manner
 Authored the current version of performance measure procedures and perform quarterly analysis for the program
 Professionally represent the Bond Review Board at conferences, hearings, meetings, and seminars
