Robert's Story
Life
After Sunset, went to college at Stephen F. Austin and got a degree in Forestry in 74. Went to work for the Corps of Engineers as a Park Ranger right after graduation. In 1995 I was promoted to the position of Conservation Specialist for the Corps, overseeing environmental and conservation matters at 5 lakes in Central and South Central Texas. more paperwork and less time in the field.
Met my future wife in college and had 3 kids along the way. Wife is now a retired school teacher. My oldest son is married and working for a software company in Austin, my daughter is married in Houston and has a daugher, Dylan. My middle son is still trying to find himself.
Right now, I'm looking forward to retirement if the economy ever turns around.
