Robert Allen's Story
I graduated from Appalachian State in 2002, the same year I married my wonderful wife, Stacy, a talented double bassist with the Winston-Salem Symphony. After graduation, we moved to Winston-Salem, where I began my career as a high school history teacher. I later earned my Master's in History and Doctorate in Education from Appalachian State University.

We've been blessed with the opportunity to visit amazing destinations like Paris, Rome, Athens, Kuşadası, Sydney, Fiji, and Costa Rica. Life as a teacher and musician might not make us wealthy, but it's incredibly rich and rewarding!
