Robert's Story
The latest news: In November of 2008 I was almost killed in an accident at work.
I was unconscious for 3 days, due to the severity of my injuries I should have died or at the very least been a vegetable. My healing has been a miracle of God, though I still am facing the long
road to recovery. This has opened the eyes of my heart to my family and to my friends. You truly don't appreciate what you have until you almost lose everything. I'm grateful to be alive, I look positive at the situation, it is opportunity to grow spiritually and to depend on God. It has been hard on my family... My wife and daughter depend on me so much with their own health issues but I look at it this way: I'm human, I can not depend...Expand for more
on myself or others, I have to trust 100% in God. Funny how sometimes God has to allow bad things to happen to you before you start listening to him. The good that has come from this; is that I have a greater appreciation for the suffering of others. Where he wants me to go next or do next I haven't got a clue, but I'm learning to know and love him and to love my family more.
