Robert's Story
Left B'klyn in '69 with a woman from out here, Portland, OR...had spent hippie summers on the Haight and been to Northwest once..liked what I saw. So have been here ever since. It was a good move for me.
My wife and I have been together 11yrs. and met thru music..she plays mountain dulcimer and keyboard.
I still play guitar, banjo, blues harp occasionally and autoharp less than that.
After dropping out of Brooklyn College in my senior yr., I finally finished my Bachelors in '84 out here.
Recently retired after spending 30yrs. working with high risk kids and families...Expand for more
and some work with paranoid schizophrenics on conditional release. May be a meager retirement...feels good for now.
Fish at times for salmon. Have a fine network of fine friends. If your reading this you might be one.
Back in the day I was real shy and stuttered..so probably did not leave much of an impression..whoever you are, hope life has treated you ok or at least" fair to midlin'"...
