Well it's like this. You all know me as "Robbie". I grew up in Huntington Beach where I went to Perry Elementary and then Dwyer Middle School. In the middle of my junior year at HBHS, I went to live with my dad in Texas and then moved back to California when I was 18. I loved just about everyone I met in Texas but I really longed for my freinds and the beautiful weather back in Southern California. I skipped college and worked two jobs until I nearly killed myself on a street bike at age 22. Once I was back on my feet, I began to take life a little more seriously and focused on a career in restaurant management. I married a girl that worked for me after knowing her for only six months. Even though we lasted eight years, it was a mistake from the very beginning. We had a son when I was 30 but divorced a few years later. I switched careers and became a financial advisor after spending a few brief years in property management. Now I love what I do! At 36, I met a girl on match.com and fell in love with her at first sight. She has four children of her own and I adore them all. My girlfriend is a very talented artist and a wonderful mother but we've both been burned by the marriage deal and are a little hesitant about taking that road again.
