Robert's Story
I guess it¿s been 40 years .Grad of 68. I was drafted in Sept 69 went to Vietnam in 70. (Mired in April that year) was in HQ co. 3rd Bde 101st Airborne Div camp Evens Vietnam.
Got out of Army Aug 71 worked as auto meck for 2 years. Reenlisted in 101 ABM Fort Campbell Ky. where I was deployed to panama, proto rice, Germany and Fort Polk La. World travel at uncle sugar expense!
June 77 I was reassigned to the 3rd armored div Germany for 3yrs.
1980 returned stateside to fort Jackson Sc attended D I school. I was a Dr...Expand for more

1984 I was reassigned to fort Irwin, Ca as an opfor
Motorized rife co 1st Sgt.
Reassigned to Germany as operation Sergeant of the 2nd support cmd for 3 yrs
1988 reassigned to Fort Stewart, Ga as 1st sgt of D co 3/19 INF later to become D co 3/15 inf. deployed to desert shield/ desert storm 1991. Retired Feb. 1992
I became an owner operator truck driver hauling flatbed fright up and down the eastern states. Nov 2007 I sold my truck. I haven¿t looked for work yet. Just getting things done at home.
