Robert's Story
Dr. Robert Carter: I was raised/trained to be a minister, but left to join the service right out of HS; became an engineer planner with McDonnel Douglas and helped build the airlock for the first Sky Lab (space station) and then spent 25 years as a Director of Emergency Services. I coordinated recovery from a national flood disaster, 2 tornadoes, a National Nazi Party riot with national guard and local law enforcement, and 2 nuclear material spills on 2 major interstate highways (one was a nuclear weapons spill).

t is now Homeland Security. My uncle was a Presidential Assistant, my middle son was an advisor to Hillery Clinton, and I married an international champion pianist and daughter of a Lyndon Johnson's nominee to the US Supreme Court.
Retired Deputy Director / Coordinator for Go duate of U of Missouri, and Federal Staff College,
and was an Adjunct Instructor at Lindenwood Colleges in St. Charles, Missouri.
