US Postal Service Letter Carrier since July 1973. Plan to retire at the end of December 2009.
Author of three interactive books for readers age 9 and older. I thought that books where the reader must name the main character would be fun.

to reach the 29 Gallon Blood Donor level in Feb 2008. If I stay healthy I should reach my goal of 30 gallons before I retire.
GOAL REACHED March 18, 2009--> 30 gallons of blood donated.
Couldn't retire in 2009. New plan is to retire without a mortgage in last 1/2 of 2011.
A little medical problem --- so I retired earlier than I thought on July 2,2010. It really doesn't bother me not to deliver the mail in the 100 degree plus Fla weather any more. :-) 37 years was enough. :-)
My current age is 64. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be really old. I was so completely wrong.
In 10 years, I hope to be still alive!. I'm going to get there by diet & exercise. :-(.
