Robert's Story

Life After graduating from WHS, I attended Dartmouth College for 3 years, played freshman football there, majored in physics. I became disenchanted with the rich boy Ivy League education and left for Texas A & M in physics. In my senior year I dropped out and enlisted in the Air Force. This was when the Vietnam war started. eturned to Texas A & M, graduated with a BS in Math, stayed on for a Masters degree in Computing Science. In 1967 I went to work for IBM in Houston and worked there til 1999. I then retired and am now running a cattle ranch out of Columbus, TX. In 1961 I married my first wife, we had two kids, a girl and a boy. After a divorce I married my second wife who is now a partner in a law firm in Columbus
