Robert's Story
From Chaminade I went west to be a smoke jumper, professional hockey player and studied forestry. I returned to Long Island and attended Farmingdale State Univ. From there I continued in Ohio State with mechanical engineering. I continued with my life as a chopper pilot in the U.S. Army spending three years based in Germany. I married in 1964 and we traveled the world visiting 38 countries. When Pan Am shut down I joined Atlas Air for approx 10 years and now reside in Richmond Va. I now have two children and three grandchildren. My world has been good to me with the influence of my Chaminade
