Robert Johnson:  

I was better known as "Hank" Johnson. I don't think I ever realized my name was Robert until years later. Now I describe myself as "that skinny,little freckled face, red headed kid, that everybody beat up on and never had any girlfriends". Foe the most part today, (2015), those little red headed kid are real "hotshots" ! Joined the AIR FORCE right out school and after 5 years of SAC, decided to get out. Went to work at the FIRESTONE plant in Hopewell, where after 5 years, became a supervisor, and stayed until my retirement in December 1999. I married in 1965, and after 9 1/2 years ans 3 kids later, she took a walk from us. (yes, me & those 3 children). I remained single for 2 years when I met my present wife of 39 years, who had a 3 year old from her divorce. SO, we raised those 4 children and can now boast of having 7 grandchildren !! Praise Jesus. In 1996, I had bi-lateral total knee replacement, (both at the same time), which turned out to be the best thing I ever did to my body !
