Robert's Story
School
Since ACS, went to Georgetown's School of Foreign Service. Took a year off and the went to law school at American University where I specialized in International Corporate law. Spent a semester at the Universite de Paris law school were I earned a Diploma in European and International law.
Workplace
After law school, practiced law at two law firms. With the first, I ended up spending almost 11 months living in southern California on a case. Not only did I get to reestablish contact with Cindee Pazuros and Ken Sloan who were out there, but also ended up bumping into Chris Kypriotis at a Juice Club! He actually was also living in the same apartment complex as I was. Spent some time with Chris, he tried to teach me how to surf, but then he took off to Biaritz.
Second law firm had me moving to Atlanta, Georgia, where I lived for 3 years. Ended up seeing Steve Liakakos and a few other ACS alum that were coming through.

side, so joined a telecom company in D.C. as Director for International Business Development. Company went belly up with the rest of the sector in 2001.
Then went to work as an inhouse lawyer at an energy company, where I was responsible for all legal issue in Latin America. This required me to move again from D.C. to Miami. Saw Bobby Wyszkowski as well as Stephanie Henry down there. More importantly met my wife.
As energy sector collapsed thanks to Enron, I switched to another power company that was more committed to staying international. But, had to move back to D.C.. In June 2005 agreed to go on 2 year assignment to Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Move back to D.C. from Brazil in May 2007, with a new "souvenir." Our daughter Natalie was born on January 1, 2007. Working alot with Cameroon the past year (thanks Mr. Angelonides for teaching me French!), but project is now done. Added a son in 2009.
Founded my own software company eConciliador in 2014 and now live in Florida.
