Robert's Story
After graduation in 1966 I attended the U of Utah to be a meteorologist but these clouds were not silver lined and I ended up in psych. Not wanting to go further in degrees I returned home and discovered my bachelors would permit me to be a case worker in Cook County, to which I passed. I worked sales for Texaco for one year and then moved on to something I liked, railroading on the Rock Island.
Four years of that led to potential railroad bankruptcy and I ended up movi...Expand for more
ng out here to Cheyenne and working for Union Pacific. Twenty seven years out here and I had some issues come up in my life with a divorce and career change but I had enough years in to qualify for railroad retirement, which I will begin to collect on July 1, 2008.
I am persuing my hobbies of model building, photography, and family genealogy.
