Robert's Story
Life
Graduated Roanoke College, BBA; Lynchburg College, MAd. Taught Computer Science at Roanoke College and was a computer consultant for the Norfolk Southern Corporation until 1997 when I took an early retirement. I'm now playing alto sax in The Roanoke Valley Community Band and The Noblemen, a 16 piece Tommy Dorsey type dance band sponsored by the Shriners at Kazim Temple.
I am now in my second year of law school under the Virginia Law Reader program. I will be studying under the supervision of an attorney for 2 more years, then take the Bar Exam in 2007.

emology and is currently operating Leftwich Jewelry on Brambleton Avenue in Roanoke. Son - Rob Leftwich, II is investigative photojournalist for WSVN-TV in Miami. Daughter - Michelle Leftwich-Smith is taking over a portion of the family business; the publishing of The Southwest Virginia Bridal Guide. Michelle and her husband Troy made us grandparents. Tyler Evan Smith was born May 14, 2000, and Morgan Victoria Smith was born March 12, 2004.
