Robert's Story

Life I grew up for 12 years in Arlington/Lexington, Massachusetts then moved to Teaticket on Cape Cod. I joined the military right after high school, did 20 years, retired, and now live in the midwest. Military Joined the Navy right after High School. I spent 20 years stationed in the Pacific and travelled extensively around the Orient, South...Expand for more
Pacific, Indian Ocean and Middle East. I was mostly involved with Anti-Air Warfare and was an Air Interceptor Controller Supervisor (AICS). I was in the Persian Gulf for most of Desert Shield and all of Desert Storm. In 1991 I graduated from Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN). I went into the Fleet Reserve at Newport Navy Base, Rhode Island.
