Robert's Story

Life What to write for a bio? I feel extremely blessed for all the wonderful things in my life. Family, career and friends are all the best anyone could ask for. Personally, I love to paint abstract acrylic masterpieces (in my own mind of course). I have sold quite a few and I am proud of that. Time is my worst enemy to try and create even more pieces. Other than painting, I love to write. I have been told my poetry flows, but I especially like to place stories that exist in my mind onto the computer screen. They appear more real there and easier for others to read too. In my career, I work long hours. I am able to work from home from time to time, so that helps. Whether at home or the office, it still takes a lot of my time from my family. So I try to make up for it on the weekends. I am currently living in New Smyrna Beach. We love the laid back style of living here. The schools are another topic, so we have to choose moving or private school. Time will tell. A close call with a shark has dampened my appetite on surfing, so sand castles are sounding really good!! Everyday should be lived as if it were the last. At least when you lay your head in your pillow, you should be proud of what you have done that day. If you awake in the morning, you have 2 choices. Continue as things were, or make them better for you and everyone you touch. Workplace Life changing career. I am a partner in a mortgage company. I am able to connect people's dreams to their day to day lives. My office can write loans for anything from "A" paper to subprime lending (as low as a 500 credit score!!), but we specialize in 100% Investor Financing. I feel it is my place to show people how to create ...Expand for more
wealth for themselves and their family. Look at reality, you will not retire on your 401k. Are you putting $1,000s away every month to plan for a comfortable retirement? Probably not. Playing the stock market in hopes on hitting a few big ones? How about gambling? No, that doesn't work either (yes, I've tried them all) ha ha ha But what does make since is investing in land, homes, property, etc. In our current market it is a no brainer. And so very easy to do. I never knew how easy it was. I have clients that understand the system and have built tremendous wealth for themselves and have never been happier in their lives. And to me, that is what it is all about. Build today for your future tomorrow. 100% financing - don't use your own money - ever - unless you have to. Stay liquid, so you can purchase more, then more, then more. You don't ever have to stop. I have investors that own 60 to 70 properties and they are still going strong. They started out with just one and scared to death! (yes I will be following their lead as well!) What better present could you give your children to help them plan for their future? On their 30th birthday, here you go, here are 3 properties I purchased for you 15 years ago. They are paid off and you are emotionally mature enough now to use them for the beterment of yourself and your family. OK, I've rambled enough. I am licensed in 47 states currently. We work with investment groups from both coasts. If the commercial market is your game, we have that covered as well. We also work with foreign investors. America is a wonderful place to live!
