Robert's Story
Life
I am a Senior Engineer for an Analytical Instrument Company based in Houston, Texas.
That being said, let's talk about my life after East High School . . . .
I went to Gannon for a semester, then I went to W&J down in Washington PA to play football. I became the starting halfback on a time destined to win the Div II National Championship when I got a acute subarrachnoid hemmorrage in my head up at Edinboro when I fell down a flight of stairs going to "a party" Well, that night ended my football career and sent me into a downward spiral for several years.
I ended up at LSU where I majored in Chemistry. I got my Master's at Southern University. I then proceeded to join the working world.

I was able to get in on the ground floor on the development of an instrument that had been traditonally relagated to the laboratory benchtop. It was a portable gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer that had a pricetag of $100,000. The development and growing the market for this technology took me to places all over the world. I've been from Australia to Venezuela. I am now Senior Sales Applications Engineer for this company, but I'm getting tired of the travel. Hopefully 2007 will put me in a more managerial position with less travel.
I have one daughter, and she is the greatest. I live in Houston, TX, but I'm still a diehard Steeler fan.
I still wish I could get in contact with all my EHS friends. You can't forget the times we had together. Erie is a good place, we were just born too early to take advantage of the lake and all it had to offer.
