Robert's Story

Nothing much going on with me... except for twenty-six frick'n years (Wow)! After school, I worked around Butte for a few years. I married in 1986. After realizing that Butte was depressing the living hell out of me, I decided to return to school. In 1990, I graduated from the University of Montana with a BS/AS in Business. Unfortunately, my marriage did not weather as well- bummer. However, I did get two beautiful children from it: Anthony and Elizabeth. And in a blink of an eye, they are now both in College! Anthony is 21 and half way through, and Elizabeth is 19, and completing her first year. I¿m not proud- please send your donations to: MyKidsAreSuckingMeDry.com. After college (and my first marriage), I roamed the countryside (literally- from the West to East coast and back) for a year and a half before landing my first "professional" job in Dubois, Idaho (YEEHA!) working for a potato dehydration plant. After two years, I was recruited to my current employer, ConAgra Foods/LambWeston, Inc. (fre...Expand for more
nch-fries) in Kennewick, Washington. In 1996, they moved me down here in Twin Falls, Idaho. It is here where I met my current wife, Elaine. We were married in July of 2000. I am Systems Developer/Programmer for LambWeston, and Elaine is the Human Resource Director for Twin Falls County. In my 45 years, Twin Falls is the longest continuous residence I have ever had; so, it must be an OK place to live. I believe I have become a good citizen (finally). I am the chairman of the Technology Program Advisory Committee for the local High School, a member of the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, and a Founder¿s Society Member of the ASPCA ( American Society of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) . I am on my way to atonement of my youth. For you freeloaders who do not have a paid membership to this web site (Hey! I'm from Butte. I don¿t have to pay thirty bucks!), you can reach me at my first initial, then last name at cable one (without the space) dot net. I look forward to hearing from anyone. Rob
