Robert's Story
Grew up in a military family, upon return from a 4 year tour of duty in England we went to Michigan where I attended school at L'Anse Cruese Jan 60-Dec 62. Still looking to find a Lancers 1961 or 1962 yearbook if anyone has or knows whereabouts of one. Willing to pay fair price and shipping costs.
Moved to Newburgh NY Jan 63 in the middle of my Junior year.
3 Years active duty Army, served in Germany at Panzer Kaserne and Neuruet Kaserne 1964-1966.

Entered law enforcement, 2 1/2 years with the City of Newburgh police, retired from the New York State Police after 20 years, served in uniform, Investigator, Sergeant and Lieutenant.
19 years service in the NY Air National Guard, 9 1/2 years as the unit First Sergeant, retired as a Senior Master Sergeant.
6 years with Verizon Communications after state police retirement, laid off in 2006, worked 2 temp jobs
Now fully retired and enjoying life.
