Robert's Story
Life
After St. Helena's, I went to and graduated from Iona in 1963 (I also earned an MBA from Iona in 1980) and spent the next six years as a commissioned officer in the USAF. I was married in 1964 and now have six adult children (5 sons and a daughter ). There are 9 grandchildren. Three grandsons, whose names are Palmer Thomas Clare, Andrew Stephen Palmer and Sean Stephen Clare. The granddaughters are all Palmers: Katelyn Marie, Maraline Eileen, Riley Elizabeth, Sarah Elizabeth, Abigail Grace and Erin Grace. We are also expecting one more this year.

In 1997 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, which is in total remission, thanks to great timing, a skilled surgeon and the grace of a loving God. In 1998, my wife, Claudia was diagnosed with breast cancer, which is also in total remission. In 2008 I had a massive stroke. But things are on the mend and impoving daily.
I am happier today and more fulfilled than I have ever been. I have loved the same pretty lady, all these years. We fell in love as we walked through Parkchester and our lvoe has grown each day since then...TSNA...Then, Since, Now, Always ..........................................................................
