i was born in mayfield,ky moved to cleveland,oh joined the us army feb 1946 went to tokyo japan ghq 71st sig sv bn co d joined the usaf feb 1948 went to korean war went to butonwood england brize norton, weathersfield raf base went to radar school biloxie ms san clementy island went to vietnam 1965 back to vandenberg afb ca retierd
from military 1 may 1966 at vandenberg afb ca worked there un till i moved back to ky in sept 1996 bought a farm with 3 houses and a store raised horses and now im raiseing reg long horn cattle and loveing every min of it

my room burned up dont know how it burned all my clothes i was devastated so i went up town in cleveland oh down on public sq and talked to the army and went in that day and was sent to camp attaberry ind from there to fort belvoire va (basic) (school)to pacific to japan start ...Expand for more

to states long beach ca to england butonwood raf base brize norton raf base 1953-1954 to states holloman afb alamagordo nm 1954-1955 to england weathersfield raf base braintree eng field maint sq 1955-1957 to states mountain home id 9th med bomb wg field maint sq,to radar school keesler afb ms 1957 to chanute afb la ac&w sq later lake charles afb la 19158-1960 to san clementy island afb ca 1960-1961 ac&w soq san pedro ca 1961-1963 to lompoc ca ac&w sq 670th ac&w sq lompoc afb ca at vandenbeg afb ca 1963-1966 retired from us air force went to work at missel and sat tracking site north vandenberg afb ca then to federal elec corp rta missel and sat tracking untill oct 1996 to my home town in mayfield,ky to date 10/2004
