My Job
I'm an Aviation Technical Writer for an Army Aviation Unit. Basically I assist my team with aircraft and aircraft component modifications. We take pilot's, mechanic's, and electrician's modification requests and write up procedures supported with technical dr...Expand for more
awings and photos and submit them up to upper chain of commands in the Dept of the Army for approval. If we do everything right, the pilots and crew get their aircraft modified to enhance their performance and missions.
Military
Served in the Army from 1989-1995. Based in Ft. Hood, TX, Fleigerhorst Kaserne, Hanau, Germany, and Ft. Campbell, KY. Participated in operations in the Persian Gulf and Haiti. Completed Service in an Army Special Operations unit.
