Robert's Story
Life
I have led an interesting life so far. Married my soul mate in 1970. Made my first parachute jump in 1963. Became a SCUBA diver instructor in 1964. Got my pilots license in 1966. Recieved a glider rating in 1970. Earned a hang glider pilot certificate in 1976. Got an ultralight pilots license in 1994. Got my AA from Chabot in 1967 had a great time partying, it only took me five years to get a two year degree. Received my BA in 1975, my MA in 1982. My son was born in 1980, now on his second tour in the Coast Guard. My daughter was born in 1985, just finished her freshman year at Boise State. My wife Margaret and I moved to Australia in 1970. Lived in Perth for 2 years, Sydney 1/2 year. Came back got a teaching credential from Chico State, by the way it was a great party school, it only took me eight years to finish the last two years of a BA. Taught in Californ...Expand for more
ia for a couple of years then moved to Idaho. Taught in Coeur'd Alene, got my masters. Moved to Moscow Id. became a Vice Principal. Eat your heart out Mr. Ochola. Can you beleive Scotty as a vice principal... Became a principal in Kamiah Id. on a Nez Perce Indian reservation. Did that for a few years. Moved to Coquille Oregon for a few years. Then I became a Principal in Norvik Alaska, a Eskimo village north of the Arctic Circle. What an experience. My parants got old and needed our assistance so we moved to Phoenix. What a pit, hated the six years we lived there. Parents passed on. Moved back to Boise Idaho where we live now. We bought 5 acres on the Snake River, it is Shangri La. We are finaly home.
