Robert's Story
12/01/17; Retired with 38 years with Nashville Electric Service, Left as shift supervisor.
I spend most weekends at the gun range competing in tactical pistol matches. I am an IDPA Safety officer and a USPSA Chief Range Officer. I hold officer positions in 3 gun clubs in Middle Tennessee. I also do 3-gun matches, lots of fun.
I dropped out of Drag racing in 2003, I perfer the gun competions. "cheaper"

May 13 2010. After a regular health physical, I found out I have colon cancer and non-hodgkin lymphoma. On May 18 I go in for a colon resection. later I will under go chemotheraphy and radiation theraphy for the lymphoma. I'll post later on my recovery....Expand for more
Well I had 9 inches of my colon removed along with the cancer, It tested as stage 2a. No chemo or radiation is needed, my lymphoma is not spreading, so nothing is needed on that for the time. I am back to work full time and back playing on wekends again.

Latest. As of December 1st 2017 I have retired from Nashville Electric Service with 38 years of service.
Time to start my second career doing NRA firearm instructing and competition instruction.
Still cancer free and a new left knee.
