Robert's Story
Robert is Married to Julie Linnihan and reside in the Minneapolis Metropolitan area. I went to Wayne State University and graduated in 1967. I worked in local government for close to 43 years both as employee and later as a consultant. I served as a Model Cities Director in Flint and later as Deputy City Managers. I moved to Sioux City Iowa and served as Deputy City Manger for Community Development and Acting City Manager for a period of time. nt and provided Financial , Management and Policy support to local Governmental units through out the nation. I retired in 2007 currently spend my time between doing limited consulting to local governmental units, Occasional acting as Interim City Manager in communities, serving as President of the Anoka County Library Board, and volunteer with the Minnesota League of Cities as an Ambassador and the ICMA as a Range Rider.
I had three children with my late wife Judy and enjoy spending time with my kids, Jenny, Mark and Brian, and my nine Grand children who are all under 10. Life is good...
