Robert's Story

Here's my bio as of Aug, 2016 After HS I attended Lewis and Clark college in Portland for 2 years. Then in the army for 2 years at which time I met my future wife in Paris. 5 more years of college at OSU and a BS and MS in biological Chem and food science. Worked at the University of California in Davis, CA for 33 years as a plant biochemist doing basic research and teaching. Retired in 91 and moved to 5 acre...Expand for more
s near Cottonwood, CA near Redding in NorCal. My present interests are astronomy, astrophotography, gardening and farming, teaching science, taking care of our land and pleasing my beautiful wife of 60 years. We'll have a good crop of oranges, figs, grapes and plums in this year of 2016. . Married with 3 daughters and 5 grandkids and 1 great grandchild. I'm in pretty good health for 85 and enjoy life every day.
