Robert's Story
Life
I graduated from WHS in 1991, and went to The University of Akron. I went to grad school at Eastern Illinois University and graduated in 2001 with a masters in college student development. I now work at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland in the Department of Student Life.
My wife, Melissa, and I got married in June 2006. She also works at JHU, and we own a house in Baltimore and both walk to work.
Wildest thing I ever did at WHS? After Troy Gerber's graduation party we tied the pig's head from the hog roast to the hood of my car and drove around Wooster smoking cigars. Got pulled over by Woo-woo's finest who admired our "b*tchin' hood ornament." Then we went to ...Expand for more
Monti's and got loaded that night. Tossed the pig's head off Mrs. Altoff's front door and she called the cops. The officer remembers us from earlier in the day and pays me a visit at WHS the next morning. Nice.
Where have you lived? Why did you move?
After WHS I moved to Akron for five (yes. five) years for college. From there I moved to Oxford, Ohio to work for my college fraternity's HQ. I traveled all over the country visiting Phi Delta Theta chapters for two years. After that I moved to Charleston, IL to go to graduate school; in the middle of a corn field, literally. Then it was off to Ball State. I lived in Muncie for two years, and the last year I commuted from Indianapolis.
