Robin's Story
Life

Well, after graduation, I went to Mansfield University as a Psychology Major. I ended up changing that to Social Work my 2nd semester and I love it. I have minors in Sociology & psychology of human developemtn as well. I met my husband the first day of school in my psych class. I thought he was weird and he wouldnt shut up! Here we are 11 years later :) I have four beautiful daughters, Hannah who was born 11/3/98, Julia who was born 5/12/01, Sofia who was born 1/20/05 and our newest addition Ava born August 28, 2007! nt and I provided one to one support for him through the school day. I am starting my Masters degree next fall, if all goes well. Hopefully I will be accepted into the joint MSW/PhD program at Temple Univ. My goal is to go into private practice, probably couples/ family counseling groups as well as Individuals. I also have training in Childbirth & Pregnancy education and have thought of being a doula or incorporating that into my practice in some way. My husband is a High School Math teacher for Millersburg Area School District (Harrisburg, PA area). I dont see too many classmates these days although I have run into a few when I am home visiting my family which is about once a month or so, hopefully more this summer.
