Robin's Story
I'm currently a multimedia specialist at Longwood University in Farmville, VA. My job includes photography, video production, music recording and operating sound and video systems. Been here since 2006.
Also playing in Le Grande Jazz a group consisting of music students and alumni from Longwood. We play a mix of jazz standards, modern jazz and a few rock tunes just for kicks. I've been married and divorced twice and have 2 daughters, Heather - 26 and Rachel - 20, from my first marriage.
Spent 10 years in the Navy from 1974 till 1984 working as a photographer and film/television production specialist.
My last job was working for a government contractor at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA. I was the editor for several educational TV shows that NASA produced. Unfortunately when the shows were cancelled I was out of a job.
