Robin's Story
I live in LA with my husband John and my youngest son, Dustin. I work as a Marketing and Communications Senior Account Executive for LA Metro (subways, buses -- it's the LA Transit System). I'm also taking classes toward an MBA, so I stay pretty busy. My husband is a Thoroughbred Racehorse Consignor and he buys and sells horses for his clients.
My two older boys live in the area, so we get to see them quite often. My oldest, J.P is 30 and lives with his girlfriend a block from the beach. He is currently getting a master's degree and wants to practice accupunture.
My middle son is Ryan (26 yrs.) and he played quarterback i...Expand for more
n college for the University of Arizona and later, Arena football. He now he has a fast-growing and successful business of coaching young QB's called Quest. He also just recently took a job as head coach for Marshall H.S. in Pasadena.
My youngest son, Dustin (20 yrs.) has had a lot of health problems. He has an unidentified syndrome and has developmental delays. He had a kidney transplant at age 15 and he remains at home with my husband John and me. He loves horses and works with John at the horse sales. He is an amazing race handicapper and despite his problems, has a joy for life that is unstoppable!
