Robin's Story
Hello to all my old friends!
After HS, I moved to Southern Pines with a few of my closest girlfriends,(Jan,Phyllis,Penny,Cindy) to attend Sandhills Community College. I graduated in nursing in 1980.
Life has been very interesting for me. Over the years, I've moved around quite a bit in NC, meeting lots of new people in my profession, and locations.
I live on the Pamlico River,in a beautiful, and quiet historic small town, called Bath. The oldest town in NC. The pirate, Blackbeard's old stomping grounds.
I'm sad to say that I have lost contact with all my old friends. I did get one huge surprise! Really a big shock! My HS Sweetheart found me after 30 years! (do you remember who he is?) He called me, and we spoke for the first time in...Expand for more
all these years. We had a very nice conversation. It sure brought back a lot of memories. I miss my high school days and my old friends.
I have 2 children, a son that is 25, and a daughter that is 12. I'm divorced. My children give me great joy. My family is small now. All my sisters are still living, thank God! I have 2 dogs, a golden retriever, a small mixed. 1 cat, she is a long-haired calico. I love animals, I always have.
I have several very close friends here, they are like my extended family.
I'd love for any of my HS friends to contact me.
I hope my old friends remember me as a good friend, sweet and fun!
