Jim's Story

Schutzhund period jj At gee mail.comOver the years it seems I have been a jack of all trades master of none. I have enjoyed showing German Shepherd dogs, lived in a multitude of locations, and watching my kids grow into great adults. My oldest is a cop in Vacaville CA and my daughter is an MP in the Army. He is a SWAT team member and she has done tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. My other son is in Texas with his wife and beautiful daughter. My middle daughter just gave birth to a preamie who is doing well but weighs just 2 pounds. I currently live in Colorado Springs, Co. I bought a Motorcycle this spring and hope to do some cruising...Expand for more
around the country. I think of the Urbana gang and wonder how you all are doing. I am sorry to say, I am no longer the zipper that you may remember. As the years go by, the pounds go up...hee hee as you can see in the picture. I served in the Navy on the USS SHASTA. I had my own business as a Marriage and family counselor while living in Alaska (my favorite place in the world) My most rewarding job was Assistant Pastor at a 1st Nations Church. My scarious experience was being taken hostage while working with Juvenile Delinquents. Here is the weirdest thing...if I had it to do all over, I would have stayed in Urbana. Go Figure.
